Please note all awards are due on December 28th. To submit a state level award they must be sent to the WAAE office. Applications may be submitted in paper form and sent to 1172 Hummingbird Lane, Plymouth, WI 53073. Please note December 28th is a received by date not a postmark date.
If you email the application it must be in one pdf file.
