Overview
A program designed for new Wisconsin teachers during
their first years. Mentors provide mentees with support, ideas,
and curriculum sharing. Mentors responsibilities include:
contacting mentee on a regular basis, assisting them in FFA
responsibilities and award applications, provide motivational
materials, and sharing the knowledge and experience that the
mentor has acquired and using it to help out their mentee.
